Welcome to On Cloud Wine LLC! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by On Cloud Wine LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a New York-based company. 1. Services Offered

On Cloud Wine LLC provides mobile bartending and beverage services for private and corporate events throughout New York. Our offerings include professional bartending staff, customized beverage menus, bar equipment, and optional non-alcoholic mixers upon request. We do not sell, supply, or procure alcoholic beverages for clients. Clients are solely responsible for providing all alcohol in compliance with New York state and local laws, including obtaining any required permits (e.g., temporary liquor permits from the New York State Liquor Authority).

2. Booking and Payment Terms

To reserve an event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event.
Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy below.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:
-Ensuring the event venue is safe, accessible, and compliant with all applicable New York state and local regulations.
Obtaining any necessary permits, such as temporary liquor permits, as required by the New York State Liquor Authority.
Providing all alcoholic beverages to be served at the event.
Ensuring compliance with New York’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, including prohibiting underage drinking and preventing overconsumption.
On Cloud Wine LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated, underage, or otherwise in violation of New York state law.

5. Liability and Insurance

On Cloud Wine LLC carries general liability insurance as required for operation in New York. However, we are not responsible for:
Any injuries, damages, or incidents arising from alcohol consumption at the event.
Guest behavior, accidents, or misconduct.
Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies).
Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain their own event or liquor liability insurance for additional protection, as permitted under New York law.

6. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree:
Not to engage in any activities that could harm, disable, or impair the functionality of the website or its servers.
Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the website without prior written consent from On Cloud Wine LLC.
To comply with all applicable New York and federal laws regarding online conduct and data protection.
